  1. 2 weeks unpaid training, you work with server (you do all the work, they get tips) if you get a good one, they give you something, but they do not have to. different server every night, mimimum of 10 trainings beofre going on floor,  it is not hard, they "require" you to memorize entire menu, but not all experienced servers do, section no more than3 tables, can be crazy, can be confusing because of "food and beverage" runners.....high turnover, tips range depending on your area, resort town, young, old, etc......you also tip out a lot:  bar, hostesses.host, food runner, beverage runners, buspeople.....and you pool your tips after tipping out.....bar tip out was 8%, bev. runners 6%, hostess, food runners, and bus people 7% per catagory.    They really push you to sell alcohol, and appetizers, and dessert.  Keep in mind they are franchised and all owners set their own requirements, I would never go back as I do not like certain things like tip pooling and food runners.  I prefer fine gourmet dining.
