Outboard power trim issues?? ?

Motor goes up fine! Will not go down?? Was low on fluid but not sure if I added enough or correctly?? Still here the sucking of bubbles?? How do I add fluid correctly?? If that does not work what else is wrong?? Relays are good!! Thanks for the help

When the cylinder is fully extended the fluid displaces the shaft volume.  That's when I fill mine (at lowest level in fluid chamber).  If your fluid is leaking into the water, better get the seal fixed quickly.  A quick fix is 1 tablespoon of DOT-3 brake fluid.  This should hold you the rest of boating season.  In the down time, change the seal and save the fish.
