If i was sent to the moon but died why i was over there what would happen to my body??

  1. It would probably float off into space, seeing that there is no gravity on the moon!


  2. If you died while your body was exposed to outer space, then your body would be freeze dried by the deep cold of the void. If you died inside your space craft but on the Moon's surface, then your body would decompose somewhat in the milder conditions inside the space craft, until the craft lost power, at which point your remains would be freeze-dried.

    If you died in your space suit on the surface, then I imagine that over the years that your remains would be exposed to the intense heat of the naked sun AND the utter cold of the void, and gradually turn into lunar dust, in a process similar to the erosion of rock into sand in the deserts of Planet Earth.

  3. you would be brought back to Earth for a hero's funeral.
