Outfit for School, Please? D:?

I have previously asked a question with an no success with only mere suggestions of stores like Forever21, Charlotte Russe, etc. to get outfits I provided.

What I actually want is a outfit/similar one created with a budget of only $100 per outfit [Excluding shoes, because I know they are pricey and am willing to spulrge for shoes only] with the pictures I have provided. The pictures are from the urban outfitters catalogue, but the price range for a whole back-to-school shopping trip is way too high for me. So can you make similar outfits, or outfits with this kidn of style on polyvore, or anything? Thanks!

Try the store Delia*s. It's great, should be in your price range and has clothes similar to what you're looking for.

It's $108, a bit over your $100 budget but it's cute and I think very versatile.

I say save on the second outfit, and splurge on the first. $160 (approx.) for both and then use the same pair of boots!
