Outfit not to look overdressed or out of fashion, yet girly?

As a crossdresser, I am told by my friend that either I look overdressed wearing a dress or out of fashion wearing a skort. What are some outfits I can wear so I am not over dressed or out of fashion.

Something with a pair of jeans? I am not sure

You should wear a pair of high waisted jeans and a top that is look fitting but not baggy. I don't know what size you are, but if you can fit into Victoria's Secret pants I think they would be a good way to go. They are actually designed to shape your body in a more feminine way and some even lift your bum.

Sure, a pair of nice, dark jeans with a fancier and more feminine top and a few accessories. Include a pair of fun heels if you can.
