Outlet Malls Cheaper or the Same?

I've never been to an outlet mall before. Are items usually cheaper there? Or is it the same as a regular store in a mall?

Usually it is much cheaper at the outlet mall.  You are likely to find similar items to the regular store, but not necessarily the same colors or design.  However, I don't always find the same "quality" of items I would at the normal retailer.

They are cheaper and they have a somewhat wider variety
