Outlet malls in Toronto?

Question

Anyone know of outlet malls WITHIN Toronto (like main street) that sells clothes and makeup? Please help me out here and also post the address!! Oh and also does someone know a store that sells cheap brushes as an alternative to mac?

Within Toronto: Orfus Road

And also on Yonge Street between Queen and Bloor Streets you can find small stores that apparently sell discounted makeup and perfume things (Ive never been in there though)

but if you can venture out a bit then I suggest Vaughan Mills Mall in Vaughan and Heartland Centre in Mississauga where you'll most of the everyday stores with discounted stuff.
