Outlook 2007 wont exit

Question

Gotta new Dell Precision 490 came with XP Pro and google toolbar. Loaded Outlook 2007 standard with exchange that worked fine on onlder system. and works on my other Precision 490. Outlook will not exit. Could symantec antivirus do it somehow? works on my other systems.
