Outlook error messages. EASY 10 points!?

I'm new to outlook.

What do these error messages mean, and how can I stop them from interrupting me?

"Business contact manager could not connect to shared database.

Do you want to work offline?"

"Business contact manager could not be loaded. Database is not online.

Do you want to change the configuration?"

Step by step directions on how to either solve whatever problem it's talking about, or how to get the rid of the messages.

  1. 1. Open Outlook

    2. Click on "Tools" menu, then "Trust Center"

    3. Click on "Add-ins", and take a look at "Active Application Add-ins".

    4. Click on "Go" (in the middle on the bottom)

    5. Remove the checkbox next to "Business Contact Manager" (or somesuch), and click on OK.

Restart Outlook.  The problem SHOULD be gone.
