Outlook express wont send emails to an address ive used a million times..why?

it gives me this message--

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was '[e-mail]'. Subject ' tax', Account: 'pop.surewest.net', Server: 'smtp.surewest.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 553, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

how do i fix this?

Is the domain behind the @ in the email address really k.org?

If you didn't edit the domain then that's the problem: k.org isn't an active domain, you can't send emails to it. Best to check with your correspondent to get another email address.
