Outlook question, managing emails?

Is it possible to link my yahoo, msn email and school email to outlook so that I can manage all of them from outlook? I dont want to go to each site to see the mail and it would be so much easier. thank you for your answers.

  1. you could but only if each of those email sites provide you with their pop3 server info.  I don't think Yahoo does but I they may have changed recently.  Basically each one of them would have to allow you to connect to their pop3 server in order for your outlook to receive messages sent through their server.  If you wanted to send email through your different accounts, they would also have to provide you with their smtp server info.  You'll just have to contact each one (or check their websites) for the smtp and pop3 server settings.

    if they don't provide that capability, then check and see if it's possible for you to forward your incoming mail to an email account you have set up in outlook.  Then just forward all your yahoo, msn, school mail to an existing account that you're already using.
