  1. Many things will challenge you in life.

To graduate is only one challenge.

If you do NOT learn what you need to graduate, you DON'T graduate.

All she has to do is finish school.

    It's EARNED, not FREE.

  2. if she was a good student and would have obviously passed the courses anyways then i would say it was rediculous

she sounds like a good kid, maybe they should get the mayor involved.. put the school back in its place

  3. What's the big deal?  She'll get her diploma when she finishes her classes.  Of course she couldn't help being sick, but still she has to do what she has to do.

I think she will value her accomplishment more if when she earns it just like everybody else.

Fighting cancer is an accomplishment too, one that her classmates have not achieved.

I hope she has a big celebration when she does graduate!  She'll deserve it!

  4. well, i am sorry for your friend, and i am suprised the school didn't provide some alternative process to help out. it seems that a student has to complete a level of schooling (testing?) to graduate.help her get over it all, and be better for the coming year.
