Depending on what field of employment ..

Associates Degree in a Health and Human Services related field. If working towards a bachelor degree in a Human Services related field, most companies will accept two years of credits towards a bachelor degree in lieu of Associates Degree (Must have at least 10 credits in a Human Service or related field). Bachelors Degree in a Health and Human Services related field preferred. Community outreach experience in mental health and/or substance abuse required. Computer skills required (Microsoft Products)..

if you are wanting to work with children or teens Behavioral Science or childhood development...Mental health also has special requirements.

So basically at least an Associate, a BA or BS would be preferred...thank you and good luck.
