  1. Play dimensions are 3 1/2 by 7 so just add about 9 to 12 inches on each side...................depends on brand of table

  2. There are three sizes of pool tables and typically its the smaller table you will see in a bar. The sizes are 3 1/2' x 7', 4' x 8', and 4 1/2' x 9'. Those are the sizes of the playing surface.

I don't know why you asked but if you are considering purchasing a pool table, get a 9' table if at all possible.

  3. The most common is probably the 4 foot by 8 foot table.

  4. The typical bar sized pool would be considered a "7 foot" table, and the outside dimensions are 53"x93", but can vary slightly depending on the manufacturer. The actual playing surface is 40"x80".

  5. depends on the table  bars dont always have same size u know.  Bar i play at has two different sizes. 39"by 78" is most common though
