Outside of chase utley, does anyone think that ian kinsler is the 2nd best 2nd baseman in MLB?

oh yeah... kinsler can put u steals and hits for some power and brandon phillips last years top 2b is having only a decent year...

Eh no.  I'd say Dan Uggla would be the second best because of his power.  Kinsler finds a way to get on and steals a lot of bases, but Uggla has been cranking the ball lately.
