Ovechkin, Malkin, or Crosby?????

who's the better all around player.....Crosby can pass very good, Malkin can pass and shoot, and Ovechkin can shoot, pass, and hit...who's you best pick??

Ovechkin--hands down!

However, Malkin is a close second. He proved how valuable of a player he was when he stepped up during Crosby's absence.

Crosby, in my opinion, needs to mature a bit more in order for him, in my eyes, to be better of the three. Where Ovechkin is a good all-around player , Ovechkin also has a great personality--something Sid is sorely lacking.

ovechkin your reasons and dont forget his personality.  Crosby didnt have to carry and pull his team to the playoffs as ovechkin did and ovie passed that test with flying colors

You can't compare Crosby and Ovechkin.  You can compare AO and Malkin, and it's AO by leaps and bounds.

If I were to pick, it would be Ovechkin.  Crosby is a very close second.  My bf would probably say AO is better than both put together, too.

Ovie and Sid.

Malkin is a great yong player, but these two are ahead of him, and he COMPLETELY vanished in the playoffs. I like Ovie better, but idk who's the better player, they're very very even.

I like all three of them dearly. All three are on my two favourite teams.....why do I have to pick?

If I had a gun to my head and was told to pick one; I'd probably pick Malkin. I would never be able to choose between Ovie and Sid.

Plus Malkin can pass, shoot and hit a lot like Ovie.

Malkin can hit too.  Ovechkin is good but Crosby and Malkin are better.  Thankfully Penguins fans don't have to choose since both Malkin and Crosby are going to be Penguins for a while.

That's a very tough decision. All three players are amazing to say the least, and choosing just one to have on your one would be difficult.

Malkin really came into his own this year and stepped up when the Pen's needed him. He's got size, a shot and hands - a great combination.

Ovechkin has been a delight to watch since he burst into the NHL in his rookie season. He plays hard, and he plays to win. The excitement he shows when he scores a goal... or even makes an assist is amazing. With a shot like he has, and 65 goals to back it up, who wouldn't want him on their team?

Crosby has been compared to very, very great hockey players - some of which the league may never see an equivalent to. He has a determination like none other, and plays with passion. He makes his teammates better by reacting to and developing plays all around him.

In the end though I think I would have to choose OV, mostly because I love the way he plays... and because he's the only one I've seen live :P.

Crosby because hes the best team player. Ovechkin doesnt really make his teammates better. Malkin disapeared in the Finals and it made me really mad lol. crosby is the best passes in the league but scored alot of goals without shooting many shots unlike ovechkin

i would go with ovechkin. like you said he can shoot, pass and hit. don't forget he isn't a whinnier like others and his personality is great. his passion also is another reason i would pick him. ovechkin is a great player but with his personality and passion on top of it makes him better that crosby and malklin

Ovechkin.  Can pass, shoot, score, hit, energize the crowd, and lead his teammates.  He is also capable of cracking a joke unlike Malkin or Crosby, though in Malkin's defense he can't really speak english well enough to crack a joke.
