Thought Crosby was till the last couple months of the season. I am 55, a old blackhawk fanatic, retired disabled vet now living in Va Beach. I got up to about 6 games the last 2 regular season and 4 playoff games in DC.

I never thought I would see a player dominate a game the way Bobby Orr used to, but this Ovechkin is just unreal, you can not take your eyes off him when he is on the ice, not only does he have the best moves, the best shot and incredible skating ability, but he runs around like a crazy man looking to hit anything that moves, what a treat to watch, I vote for OV

considering the fact that Crosby is in the finals and ovechkin is not ... i would say that Crosby is better!

the guys at versus are biased toward Crosby! but Kris draper says that Crosby is an all around better player,i believe his very educated opinion!!!

Being that they play different positions that makes them hard to compare. Crosby's Job is to create goals, Ovechkins job is to score them. Meaning Crosby will be more inclined to pass than shoot.

I would say they are arguably the 2 best players in the league, and "best" is a relative term.If you need a Winger Ovechkin if you need a Center Crosby.

So far...Crosby because he's made it this far

But overall (reg. season + playoffs), I have to go with Ovechkin as he had NO HELP like Crosby did and he still made the playoffs.

lol when you comparethese 2 man ovexchin its just that crosbt is so popular because of the media and stuff but ovexchin is faster hotter stronger shoots harder and just destroys
