Oven cleaning bosch oven

Question

Hi, have tried cleaning my oven with a proprietory oven cleaner to no avail. The inside of the oven looks pretty clean, but when I roast a chicken or joint of meat at say 180 c it starts smoking heavily and stinks out the kitchen. I've no manual, is this a self clean oven, and if so how do I operate the cleaning mode?
I can't find a model name but there is a label at the bottom of the oven with reads -
