Oven control panel out

Question

I just moved into a house with a hotpoint oven model RGB745BEH7WH. The oven control panel does not work at all, like there is no power to it. The oven is plugged in and the burner ignitors on the stove work fine. Could this be a blown fuse somewhere, and how would I figure out if the whole module itself is bad. Thanks in advance.
