Oven lock engaging and disengaging

Question

I have a frigidaire fgf355cgsc.
It was in storage for 2 yrs.
Hooked it up. all works well except for auto lock.
The light is on for the lock mode, and at 30 second intervals it locks and unlocks. It will not stop. Can not use any part of the oven or broiler due to this. Tried doing the self cleaning mode, and when completed, it started all over again. It has ben doing this for 3 days now.

How do I cancel this locking and unlocking mode so my oven can be used?
