Oven not switching on

Question

i have a single electric fan oven unfortunately i dont know what the model no is .A pot on the hob cracked with the heat and liquid spilt all down the oven.It wont switch on and on the lcd display it says F 01 and it wont work but the fan was constantly going for 2 days but that has now stopped.Any advice would be really appreciated
