I ordered in 1995 a La Cornue Chateau 120 from France. I live in the British virgin Islands and they built it for propane. For several years I have had a continual problem with the pilot light going out after the oven has been on. I have a large oven, not the small vaulted type and the right side has an electric warming oven. I can turn the oven on and it will stay on for several hours sometimes, but then it shuts down and I when I try to relight it, the pilot is reluctant to light and if it does the oven won't stay lit for very long and I actually can hear it click off/ Several years ago, I replaced the thermocoupler and the thermostat, but the problem continues. La Cornue is the worst company for service and repair, and I have been waiting on the phone for someone to actually answer when you call them, but I get fed up and hang up. The repairment that come and look at it have no idea what is causing the problem. Now they suggest that I replace the pilot light, because they seem to think that it is not a thermostat problem or a thermocoupler problem. Sometimes, when I open the oven door it blows out too. I thought about just replacing the whole of the inside of the oven with another brand ie US, just because I am so fed up with this. HELP
