Oven shuts down in middle of cooking. thanks for your help but we never use the fan and it is as

thanks for your help but we never use the fan and it is as if the entire power in the oven shuts down except for the digital display and the noise it makes is disturbing im waiting for it to blow up or something but as i said it starts working again after about an hour or so
