Oven stopped working.

Question

I think it is the element. The grill still works well but the oven will not heat up. the light comes on and the fan works but there is no heat.I am nearly ready to buy a new oven. Is it easy to fix ? Do I need professional help or not?, how much should it roughly cost?Thanks for any help/advice
