Oven taking a long timt to heat to temperature

Hello, My oven is taking a long time to heat to temperature. To get the temperature to 350 could take over 40 minutes. The oven is less than 2 years old and I have never used the convection part of the oven.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
