  1. Talk to your doctor.

  2. I have similar issues, and have had for awhile.  I'm 28 now, btw.  My problem with the twitching only seems to occur when I'm lying in bed, or resting on the couch.  I don't really get it when moving around.  Mine started right after I stopped taking Paxil, which is a common thing to have happen from other people I've talked to.  I have the palpitations and will be getting with my doctor soon to discuss them, because as I'm sure you know they are very annoying.  As far as the twitching goes, I'm not sure there is anything that can be done for it.  I've talked to my doctor and he pretty much told me what yours told you.  Sorry I can't offer better news, but it seems like something we just have to live with apparently.

  3. That's called "Hypochondriac..."

    You're young...(I recommend Electric Guitar...)

Young people are twitchy...you need a physical hobby...mountain climbing, guitar, etc...keeps ya offa' da streets...

    Trust me...

I'm just coming to the "End of That Phase..."   Hee Hee...

  4. You may have been low on potassium. Try drinking orange juice or V-8 juice which are high in potassium. Or fruits that contain potassium. Muscles require potassium, which is an electrolyte. Don't forget to stay hydrated.

  5. the same thing happens to me... I think it's just normal, or people have told me that it's caused by stress but IDK

  6. Eat a banana each day.

Good source of potassium and phosphorus.
