  1. well i have heard that walking stairs helps start labor and s*x helps and pressure points on your feet have some one give you a massage. i think you will be uncomfortable till the little bundle of joy arrives sorry but try to relax after the baby is their you won't have time to relax!!

    Good luck

  2. The reason you are so uncomfortable is because the baby is very low by now. Just try to walk as much as possible and lay on your left side while sleeping. Just know that your baby will be here soon. She's just not ready to come out yet. Keep all the sanity you can...believe me, you'll need it once the baby gets here.

    Hops this helps.

  3. Try doing squats, hold onto something while in the shower, let the warm water hit your back, and start doing squats...they help!!!  There is really no way to stay comfy, except get a lot of rest.  Everybody feels that way around their due date, because they cannot wait for it to be over with.  Especially if your overdue and have your mind set that you were going to already be a mommy by now.  Good Luck!!  Keep trying!

  4. idk-but keep this in mind when your giving birth and in sooo much pain- at least you wont be uncomforatable!

  5. are you sure you're pregnant?  hee hee...

  6. try to take a lot of naps. also take nice baths and showers thats what i did. its normal to be overdue. my son came 3 days after the due date . i was in labor for 62 hours! everybody is different.

  7. eat lots of pineapple.... it's a natural way to induce labor.  hope it works for you!  good luck

  8. Ahhh...so frustrating I am sorry. My little one was 42 wks 1 day (induced of course.

I tried so hard to just get over that hurdle I walked miles evevery nighto get things going. I just gave myself exhausting failure to progress contraction (real not Braxton) and sent home.

I had some of the cleanest rugs in town. a room stocked, decorated, and ready to go and a stubborn daughter who showed me who was boss. LOL -

no it actually was my physiology I went into early labor(faiulre to progress contrations as well) with other child. My contractions were strong enough to start dilation/effacement but I never moved beyond because they were strong but not at repeated, short intervals. Mine were strong and long.

It is hard to keep yourself busy. I would walk, clean, surf the net, and read.  It seems all you can focus on is the pending birth. Especially the first because you can't wait to meet them. Women admmitted after me were delivering during my slow birthing process. My nurses kept leaving to deliver dowm the hall. Sigh

Keep in mind that the when is not as important as how safely she and you are at her arrival.  Hang in there she will come and be so worth it.

    Good luck
