Question:

Over a 6 month time frame I lost 24 pounds. I recently stopped that particular diet but still eat healthily. ?

however I have gained 5 pounds. I really REALLY dont want to gain the weight ever again. But what should I do? Its so hard to get back into the diet regime all over again!!!

  1. Congrats on losing 24 pounds slowly.  Once you're at your ideal weight, you need you need to eat your weight X15.  So if your ideal weight is 120, you will maintain that weight by eating 120X15=1800 calories a day, assuming you're not a couch potato, and you're doing a normal amount of exercise.  (Like a 30-minute walk.) Remember to eat to live, not live to eat!  When you're content, stop eating.

    Good luck!  Get rid of those 5 pounds in the next two weeks.  You know how!  Have a star for inspiration!  :)
