Over processed short hair? please help!?

well i got my hair professionally dyed bleach blonde from a darkish brown. it was already really short. i had a stack in the back and it was long and bobish in the front. when i got my hair dyed the hair dresser didn't tell me my hair was going to be damaged until it grew out. it was about a month ago and i still cant brush my hair without all the ends just breaking off everywhere. its so nasty. its to short to get cut and its not growing out because it just keeps breaking off. ive tryed deep conditioning and everything possible nothing is working im at a loss on what to do? im only 15 school starts in about 14 days and i cant go back to school looking like this not to mention that this color looks horrid on me. please help. please!

Since it's already so dead, don't let chemical dyes get anywhere NEAR it.

If you hate the colour, I'd recommend going for some Manic Panic dye. It's all-natural with wonderful ingredients, so it acts like conditioner for your hair. Most people know the company for their crazy eye-popping colours, but they do have a few natural shades available (Cobra, Nefertiti, and Raven). First, chill out. Then, find maybe a hairstyle that goes along with your hair. You could also just ask a hair dresser what to do.
