Over the counter medicine for burning sensation when i go to the bathroom(#2)?

Question

I know this is awkward but recently had one of those really hard sessions going to the bathroom #2 and after that my bum really hurts to sit on and has a burning sensation. Had to go to the bathroom again but this time it hurt like h**l and the burning sensation hasn't gone away. Had to miss work because of it. i know is should go to the doctor but is there any over the counter medicine that i can get? Please Help!

Sounds like you could have a hemorrhoid.. Hold a mirror under your bum and see if it looks funny...if it does you definitely got one.. Go out and get preparation h and tucks pads..
