Over the counter sleep aid that works immediately?

okay, I need something that I can buy over the counter,

Nyquill is not fast enough

I am looking for something where I take it and then 10-15 mins later BOOM, dreamland.

Nothing OTC works that fact because it's dangerous.

I use tylenol pm rapid release and they work great, they  don't leave me drowsy in the morning like other things I've tried. Sweet Dream !!!

Melatonin (up to 3mg dose) works well. You can buy it at a health food store.

The two most used are diphenhydramine and amd doxy-something or other. I like taking the doxycilamine (sp?) better. I'll take half of one and then chew it up. It does taste nasty, but 15 minutes later I'm out...

If you are not alcoholic, use few spoons of wine mix with some juice.  It works for me very well.  Or take a benedryl.

how old are you ask your parents they can help if your a teenager or are you older if your older then 18  tylenol pm is a good choice
