Over the stove Mircowave just reinstalled...light...

Question

I just reinstalled an Over-the-stove Microwave. It sounds like it's working expect for an odd clicking sounds for a few seconds, it does not heat anything up and it has stopped before the cooking session has finished. I have no idea what is going on! Is there an in-the-unit fuse for the heating only. What could that clicking sound be?
