Overall, what is louder and has the best sound quality between 12 kicker L5's and CVX's?

i would go with an L5, i have an L7 12'' in my truck an im very happy with it, the square subs sound pretty good...

a CVX is just a round L7 so i would say the CVX would be the better sub by specs but its really up to you. i would get the L5 just to save money.

I would say L5's too. But the L7's are a little better for a little higher price.

go with the cvxs they handle more and will sound a lot better ...the l5 is a lost cause ...even thought they have more surface area they wont be better than the cvxs ...there square design creates distortion ...the cvx cost a little more then the l5 but its worth it
