Overall how is the sq of kicker's 15" subs? Is it bad to the point where all the base sounds the same?

the SQ is good i rate it an 8 on a scale to 10 but kicker subs are really made for SPL..

Well Kicker isn't the best in SQ. In SPL, that a different story. They are top notch for SPL but lack SQ a bit.

They will still sound good, don't get me wrong, but not as good as a SQ based woofer.
