Overcharged sealed motorcycle battery?

it could have burned the cells out in it,if it did it wont hold a charge any more and it will have a real bad odor to it,if it did this get rid of it and get new one,those can explode when they have damaged cells in them,good luck.

How did it overcharge? If it started stinking it went out to lunch anyway. Just take it out and visit the nearest Walmart for a replacement. Batteries aren't that high and if you were having to recharge it, it was going bad anyway.

Forgot to mention......if it overcharged from the bike's system you need to have the bike checked or it will burn up the next battery.
