Hi,
I have overheating problems with my laptop, Packard Bell E3245, when using certain programs, like
You tube,
listening to music (watching video is no problem though),
with scanning, if document is long,
with Skype, if other websites are opened.
In these cases CPU goes up to 98%, in a few minutes the computer becomes too hot and it turns off unless closing the program mentioned above.
Listening to music from cd or from files wasn't a problem before, until about a year ago.
Otherwise computer and fans work properly, the air vents are not blocked.
I would really appreciate if you could help me what to do.
Does updating BIOS help?
Thanks a lot
