Overn will not work properly

Question

I have” Maytag Gas Percision Touch control 500 Oven” Model # MGR5765QDS Range (Powered by Electric) When I turn the power on to bake It just sets @100 degree the gas is not flowing and it dose not heat at all . But if I turn the Broiler on with both setting high and low it works. I try to go back to Bake it will not work the oven is fairly new installed on Jan 2006. Per Maytag customer service re advised I turn the power off from the breaker circuit for 10 min and let it set for 2 min and turned the power on .It the not work please advise thanks
