Why ask when you know you will do both? You will fill them in until they grow back. Heres an idea. Get them as perfect as you can, then take a pic of them and blow it up to actual size. Then tape that pic to the mirror you use when you are plucking them. That way you will have a guide to your perfect brows.

you can minimally use an eye brow pencil to fill them in and they will grow back either way,, good luck,, I'm sure they will grow back fast...

I've done that WAY too many times lol. If it's not too bad, just let them grow back in. But if it is very noticeable, you can fill them in until they grow back again. It doesn't take too long, I know from experience!

Just be patient. I had that problem when I tried to pluck my eyebrows when drunk and I ended up with 2 half brows. They grow back before you know it

Fill them in for a short while with eye liner that matches your eyebrow color! Once the hair starts to grow back, you obviously won't need it anymore. Just pick up a bottom on the line eyeliner and try to make the pencil strokes in the same direction of the hair in your eyebrow to make it look as natural as possible!

You should fill  them in with an eyebrow pencil making small light strokes.  Practice first before going outside and see ow you like it.  Try to purchase a brow pencil more closer to your hair color.  hope this help

wait a month then u'll have a complete grow.

What do you mean 'fill them in'? Do you mean with tattooing or do you mean just keep plucking? Unless you have been overplucking for years and years they will grow back. The key is not to be over pedantic. I would get a subtle eyebrow tint (off someone who has nice eyebrows herself) - ask her do stain the skin so it gives a bit more thickness to the look. I recently re-shaped my eyebrows and grew some hair back. I naturally have fine eyebrows but I found some old pics of myself pre-plucking and then some celebrity pics whos eyebrows I liked. After 3 weeks I was able to wax some of the excess very cautiously to get a bit more shape/tidiness, and after another 2 weeks I started plucking, but I am careful not to overdo it. My fave eyebrow shape is 'sweeping' like Jennifer Hawkins...pics in links

PS my sister uses a soft brown eyebrow pencil as her brows are very pale and she combs them the right direction with a toothbrush. She hardly plucks a hair. It looks nice.
