Overseas Nanny?

I am looking for a overseas nanny job, I would prefer to work anywhere in the Caribbean for an english (speaking) family. I have over 3 years experience in childcare from ages 1-13. What would the salary be like? Would my partner be able to live in with me? Has anyone been an overseas nanny before. I am aiming to this in the next year, thanks in advance!

I knew a girl who, a few months ago, packed up everything, gave up her apartment, and moved from Canada to France to take a live-in nanny job.  She brought her boyfriend as well.  She found the family online.  About 3 weeks into the job, they fired her!  Which meant she also lost her place to live.  All I can say is have a back up plan!  People who hire nannies expect total loyalty from the nanny, but give no loyalty in return.
