I am 18 finished school last year....... and i need help for what i need to do to move over to miami florida!!!! plz help

Give me a list on what i need to consider!!!! thanks

Are you a US citizen or other?  If you are not a US citizen, you have to do a lot of things.

be wary of any sites that claim they can "speed up", or "Guarantee" your visa.  If it dos not say ".gov" in the URL then it is not from the government.  Some sites will actually try to charge you for forms and services that are free.

If you are trying to go to a US university the best place to look is on the university's website.  They will have application information and details about how to get your visa.
