Overseas Worker?

I've a question, im a 457 OFW, working here in Brisbane and im thinking of moving to Melbourne for another job. what will happen to my visa, do i need to renew, are they gunna send me home first? does anyone know what would happen? what are my benefits from my current jobplace... and the workplace agreement?

You should be eligible for prorata holiday pay from your original employer (calculated at 4 * weeks per 12 month's employment) unless you have a workplace agreement or contract that varies from that.
