Overseas high speed internet on a Military base?

Just got orders to germany, was wondering how the whole internet thing works gunna be living on post ( ARMY ) how do I aquire High speed internet, considering I cant speak a l**k of german.

The CONTACT class that you attend your first two weeks in Gernamy will teach you how to l**k Germans.  (somehow that didn't sound right)  Failing that, most of them speak English.

Actually, you could just get an air-card from a German provider.  Or you could get your internet from the Bundespost with your phone.  On the kassern, you should have it available -- we did in the late-1980s through our mil servers.
