Overthrowing the Government?

If somebody was to overthrow the government and in the process the don't kill anyone.

Would thy get the death penalty although they didn't kill anyone?

If you overthrow the goverment you would be the goverment . so in that case i dont think you would give yourself the death penalty

Probably.  You can be sentenced to death for treason.

h**l yeah, shoot the government would probably be behind some type of conspiracy even if you started talking revolution.

Very likely they would get the death penalty.

Also, it would be highly unlikely that any one or any group of people could overthrow the United States Government without killing a large number of people.
