Ovr sumer i gaind wait, now im 2 big 2 b a flyer in cheer+have 2 loose a good 5 lbs n 1+1/2 weeks......HELP!!?

@ the end of skool i was jst smal enuf 2 b a flyr n cheer, over sumer i gaind wait+onli have 1,1/2 weeks 2 loose 10 pounds but in 1 and 1/2 weeks 10 lbs is not realistic, i rly need to loose 5 lbs or i no theyll stop using me for stunts.....help me!!!! plus i dont ppl saying oh look she got fat over summer:( i dont need-"u need to eat a balanced diet c**p"...ill do that after i loose weight........i need sum1 to tell me how to loose weight or sumthing iunno....give me ur best shot!!!

  1. if your a good flyer, gaining 10 pounds doesnt matter. a flyer should carry her own wieght getting up in the air.

    Use your arms - You should be able to hold your own weight. Lift yourself with your arms and help your bases.


  2. good exercise:

    -sit ups/crutches [do like 20 a day for how long you have]

    -bicycle [either use one or do the lay back way where you lift one of your knees to your face and opposite elbow touching knee repeat with other and so on]

    -eat right [don't eat majorly less. that's bad]

    -take a walk around your whole neighborhood [20-30 minutes a day can work. you can jog, no need to run]

    in addition, you can just WALK after your REGULAR dinner.

    this is a regular good work out. no need to go all sppecial and stuff =]

  3. honestly thats why i hate cheering. you have to be a perfect wait all the time. its not ok to gain 5 pounds

    just exercise a lot and eat right. end of story
