Ovulating please read ?????

am getting some cm like eggs whites is that me ovulation and if it is do me and my partner have s*x everyday or every few days ??

it is adviced you only have s*x once every other day as it takes 48hrs for the sperm count to reach back to healthy levels, there for having more chance of concieving.  But if you already have fertlility issues then they say every day.

I would say every day and just to make sure twice (well that's what I'm gonna do when I'm  ovulating this time if i ovulate this month) lol
