Question:

Ovulation/Implantation Question?

This might be a stupid question, but I have plans to go to a local water park this weekend, and am 2 DPO...will the slides interfere with fertilization or implantation? I know you can't go on the water slides when you are pregnant, so I was just wondering if they affected the earlier stages of conception. Thanks for any help & baby dust to everyone!

  1. No, you'll be fine. Implantation occurs between 8dpo and 10dpo in 84% of cases, so that means right now if there's a microscopic fertilized egg, it's floating around comfortably in a nice cushion of fluids and anything you do on the outside isn't going to affect it yet. You'd do much worse to go on a drinking binge, which many women do before they even realise they're pregnant. Have a great time!

  2. I don't think it will hurt anything but just to be sure, why not skip the roughest slides?  You probably won't implant for at least another week or so, so the egg is just chilling in your tubes.

  3. You will be fine, just go ahead and have fun. :)

  4. No think about it
