Ovulation and implantation?

i'm 10 dpo and i'm having some cramping and lower back pain. it kinda feels like ovulation pain just not as bad. could this be from implantation. i had iui done on 7/11/08 but did not ovulate until 7/12/08. also could the sperm have survived until i ovulated. it was not fresh sperm it was frozen it that matters or not i'm not sure. other symptoms are sore bbs , heartburn and gas.

Hate to say it, but I had sore bbs, and heartburn (which I NEVER get), but got AF instead of a BFP.  

Could be just the progesterone in your system.  Hope it's not, and that you get your BFP soon!

You could be pregnant, but also getting your period.  Sperm can live up to 48 hours in you.  Especially the day before you ovulate.  Take a test the end of this week!
