Ovulation? experiences on pain pls!!?

Had my lh surge tues, now have sore nips and this really weird pain in my In my lower left side, like a strange aching pain and every so often a little sharp pain will almost make me jump, since this morning. Does get a bit annoying doesn't it? Any ideas as to what it could be? surely it would be too late for ov pain?

Ovulation pains are a little tricky because they can happen before, during and sometimes after ovulation.  I get them right before, actually this month they started last night and faded away this morning..... for me they feel like "warm" cramping and get worse if I get up and walk around.   You generally ovulate 12-36 hours after a positive opk so it does sound a little late for it to be O pains..... did you try doing any more opk's?  sometimes our body's will gear up to ovulate and fail to release the egg then try again a few days later..... just something to consider!

It usually happens approx 3 days after, so it does sound like ovalation - I always thought the pain was worse than the period pain itself ! Pain killers should do the trick

Edit - i used to get the pain all down my leg aswell - would be crippled some days with it - it gets better with time
