Ovulation help please?

Question

if my AF came on june 27th then july 26th and now sept 3rd.......wat dates might i be ovulating??? this is all kinda new to me thnx for ur help

I am no doctor, but went through all the math to get my 2 beautiful munchkins... If you are consistently having a 28-30 day cycle, then you should ovulate in the 13-15 day window. (meaning 13-15 days after your last period started.) Ovulation prediction kits worked for me as well.  Good Luck!

count the day you start your period as day 1 and count onwards from that when you get to days 12, 13, 14 of your menstrual cycle these are the days your most probably fertile so have s*x every other day from day 12 onwards and when he drops his load as to speak sorry if tmi but like with your hips raised and stay there for 20 mins as this helps sperm get to where there going it worked for me and im 17 wks pregnant good luck

The best thing to do is buy the ovulation sticks. They are the same cost as a pregnancy test but way more accurate than just charting your ovulation. I was doing that for the past 7 months and have not gotten pregnant yet. This is my first month using the sticks. Good luck!
