Your best bet is to have a lot of sperm there waiting on the egg, before it's even released. I would BD now and tomorrow and Saturday to get the best results. GL!

I would just to be on the safe said, but my friend's doctor said that the sperm can live for up to 48 hours so you should have s*x every other day. It worked for them.
